Most of the shared hosting does not have automatic database creation permission. In that case, the subscriber database won't be created automatically. You have to handle it manually. Please follow the below instructions to create the database manually -
1. If you go to the all sites list from "Subscriptions > All Sites", you will see a "Create Database" button with each row.
2. If you click the button, a modal box will open and there will be some instructions and a "Create" button
3. After following the instructions properly, if you click the "Create" button, a new database with the necessary data will be created.
